"Building Healthy Habits™ has been for me a process to achieve goals that have turned into habits. My first habit started a while ago cutting down my Pepsi consumption. I slowly started adjusting my behaviour of drinking 710 ml of Pepsi daily to reducing the amount and then finally eliminating it all together. For my next habit I wanted to increase the number of steps I take during the day. With Christina’s encouragement both with the website and weekly interactions I have managed to create Positive Affirmations and Rewards that make me successful. There is a wonderful support group that starts with Christina and gets bigger and better with each new member."
